Colleen A. DeVries

Colleen A. De Vries is a Senior Vice President of Corporate Services at COGENCY GLOBAL INC. Her responsibilities include management and training of corporate service professionals, managing client relationships and implementing strategic service initiatives based on changing statutory and filing office requirements. She also collaborates between client and company, with cross-functional partners, to enhance Entity Central^®, COGENCY GLOBAL’s entity management system, and oversees domestic and international process agent services, independent manager services and legalization/authentication of documents for international transactions. Ms. De Vries has been a featured speaker on general corporate topics at the American Management Association and a panelist at the Delaware Trust Conference sponsored by the Delaware Bankers Association on multiple occasions. She also serves as an Independent Director/Manager of special purpose entities in a variety of structured finance and real estate transactions.
